Mark Oaten: To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what estimate he has made of the savings made by the Commercial Directorate since it was established. Mr Bradshaw: Data provided to the Independent Review of Public Sector Efficiency for activities overseen by the Department's Commercial Directorate indicate forecast savings of £3.06 billion at programme end at the end of 2007-08. |
