Local Focus – Individual Control: There is too much red tape in our health service and there is far too much waste. Pouring money into the NHS wont work unless it is targeted as part of a well thought out strategy. We would create patient contracts allowing individuals to decide where their money is spent and on what. We would establish elected health boards so that health officials are directly accountable to those people they work for.
