Young People and Tuition Fees

In 2001 the Liberal Democrats said we would abolish tuition fees. We already have in Scotland. However the rest of the UK is still suffering from Labour's broken promise about top-up fees. The result is that tens of thousands of able students are saddled with mountainous debts or decide not to go to university at all because of fear of debt. I believe that no one should be deterred from the chance of a university education because of the fear of debt.
